Refund policy

Shipping Policy 

For Products:

Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or statutory holidays. Orders received on the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

For Airsoft Devices/Products:

As per BC Law Bill 4, all sales of Airsoft devices/products must be purchased by a person that is 18 years of age or older. Proof of age (Government issued photo ID) will be required to be sent to sales@dsgairsoft.ca along with your order confirmation number for verification. We will not ship Airsoft devices/products to a P.O. Box address.

For Event Tickets:

Not applicable.

Please note that DSG Airsoft is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to an external courier’s service.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are committed to providing our customers with the right equipment and reliable support. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return for review and approval. 

We offer a 14-day refund or exchange program, allowing eligible items to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Eligible items must be still brand new condition with the original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees on return merchandise.

Transit

DSGAirsoft.ca is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted.  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, please contact us at sales@dsgairsoft.ca and include clear photos of the item and any damage. These cases are handled separately from our standard RMA process.

Exclusions:

Certain products are not eligible for a refund or exchange due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions such as face masks, balaclavas, gloves, elbow and knee pads, head gear (hats/toques/caps/boonies/helmets) and chest rigs/plate carriers.

All sale items, gift cards, or items that have been opened or used are not refundable nor exchangeable.

Warranty Policy on Airsoft Devices:

All items are shipped brand new in their original packaging. We make every effort to ensure that the item is in proper working condition before shipping. However, if you encounter any issues after receiving your item, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@dsgairsoft.ca. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

All sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds on airsoft devices.

For Event Tickets:

Event tickets are non-refundable.
